Property Manager

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is hiring a full-time Property Manager in Bend, Deschutes County, Oregon. This Monday through Friday position runs 9:00am to 5:30pm and offers $32 to $35 per hour plus a 30% employee housing discount.

What This Role Involves

As a Property Manager at Avenue5 Residential, LLC, you'll oversee daily operations across residential properties in the Bend area, maintaining strong relationships with residents while managing the administrative and operational tasks that keep properties thriving. This is hands-on work that combines tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant communications, lease administration, and rent collection
• Coordinate maintenance requests and work with contractors on property repairs
• Conduct regular property inspections and document conditions
• Prepare financial reports, track expenses, and manage property budgets
• Enforce lease terms and manage lease renewals or terminations
• Address resident concerns and resolve conflicts professionally
• Schedule property showings and coordinate move-ins
• Maintain organized records and property documentation

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior property management experience or equivalent background
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively
• Understanding of landlord-tenant law and fair housing regulations
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
