About the Role
As a Leasing Consultant at Avenue5 Residential, LLC, you'll be the welcoming face of our community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and helping them discover why our properties are the right fit for their lifestyle and needs.
What You'll Do
- Conduct property tours and present available floor plans to prospective residents
- Explain lease terms, rental policies, and community amenities in a clear, professional manner
- Process lease applications and assist with move-in procedures
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and follow up with leads
- Build relationships with residents and address leasing-related questions and concerns
- Meet occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring a positive resident experience
