About the Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor with Avenue5 Residential in Murray, Salt Lake County, you'll guide the maintenance function for a multifamily community, balancing hands-on technical work with team leadership. This is a full-time, on-site position centered on protecting property value and delivering a comfortable living experience for every resident.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, including repairs, preventive upkeep, and unit turns.
- Lead, schedule, and support the on-site maintenance team to keep work on track.
- Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate emergency and after-hours repairs as needed.
- Maintain curb appeal, common areas, and the overall condition of the property.
- Manage parts, supplies, and vendor relationships to control costs and quality.
- Ensure work aligns with company standards and applicable safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, ideally in multifamily housing.
- Strong, hands-on skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
- Leadership ability to direct and develop a maintenance team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to resident satisfaction.
- Availability for an on-site role in Murray, Salt Lake County, including on-call rotations.
