About the Role

As a Regional Manager, you will partner with on‑site leadership to achieve financial targets, maintain asset quality, and uphold the company’s commitment to resident satisfaction. This position serves as the link between corporate strategy and community execution, providing guidance, resources, and support to drive consistent results across the portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement regional business plans that align with corporate goals and market conditions
• Monitor key performance indicators, including occupancy, revenue, and expense controls, and initiate corrective actions when needed
• Coach and mentor property managers and assistant managers, fostering professional growth and accountability
• Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, compliance with brand standards, and resident experience
• Collaborate with maintenance, leasing, and accounting teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Prepare and present regional performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends and opportunities
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and local ordinances across all communities
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to build strong, cohesive teams

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing multiple multifamily properties, preferably in a regional or district capacity
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze budgets, forecast outcomes, and drive profitability
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring diverse teams and building relationships with stakeholders
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar) and standard office applications
• Knowledge of fair housing laws, safety regulations, and industry best practices
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region to visit properties and meet with staff
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated track record of achieving occupancy and revenue growth while controlling expenses
