This full‑time position partners with property managers to oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate preventive care, and ensure quick resolution of resident service requests across the community.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians, assigning work orders and monitoring performance.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and amenities to identify repair needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems.
• Respond to emergency calls and after‑hours on‑call rotations as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and service hours in the property management software.
• Order and manage inventory of supplies, tools, and replacement parts to avoid stockouts.
• Coordinate with licensed contractors for specialized projects and ensure compliance with local codes.
• Train staff on safety protocols, proper equipment use, and OSHA requirements.
• Assist in budgeting by tracking expenses and recommending cost‑effective solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of three years of hands‑on experience in multifamily or commercial property maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs.
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and basic office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
• EPA 608 certification or willingness to obtain it; HVAC or electrical licensure a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and management.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and a resident‑focused service mindset.
