As a Technical Lead and Architect in EY's Oracle Services practice, you'll design and deliver comprehensive Oracle Cloud Applications solutions for enterprise clients across the country. You'll combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to shape transformational consulting engagements that drive measurable business impact. This role bridges architecture, delivery leadership, and client relationships—positioning you to influence how Fortune 500 organizations leverage Oracle technologies.
What You'll Do
- Architect end-to-end Oracle Cloud Applications implementations, including ERP, HCM, Supply Chain Management, and related modules
- Lead technical design sessions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define solution scope, roadmaps, and integration strategies
- Oversee technical delivery teams through implementation phases, ensuring quality, compliance, and timeline adherence
- Provide pre-sales and advisory support, translating client business requirements into technical recommendations
- Establish best practices for Oracle configuration, customization, security, and performance optimization
- Mentor junior consultants and build technical capability within consulting teams
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud innovations and emerging enterprise technologies
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of Oracle Cloud Applications experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role
- Deep hands-on knowledge of at least two Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, or Finance)
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure solutions and manage complex multi-workstream implementations
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting to C-level executives and technical teams
- Oracle Cloud certifications preferred; active pursuit of credentials is valued
- Ability to travel 20–30% for client engagements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience considered
