About the Role

In this position, you'll play an essential role in organizing, managing, and maintaining records and documents that support OPTN's life-saving mission. Your work ensures that all documentation is accurate, accessible, and compliant with federal regulations and organizational policies. You'll be the backbone of our document management operations, enabling teams across the network to access the information they need when they need it.

What You'll Do

• Organize, catalog, and maintain comprehensive records and document systems in both physical and digital formats
• Establish and implement document control procedures that meet federal compliance standards and HRSA requirements
• Track document versions, revisions, and access to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence
• Develop and enforce document retention schedules and disposal protocols
• Coordinate with program teams to collect, classify, and file documents according to established guidelines
• Monitor document databases and filing systems for completeness and consistency
• Respond to document requests and maintain confidentiality of sensitive health and policy information
• Generate reports on document management activities and compliance status
