Product Associate – Employee Activation

About the Role

As a Product Associate for Employee Activation, you'll play a key role in driving engagement strategies that help employees discover and maximize the value of their health benefits and wellness programs. You'll work cross-functionally to understand employee needs, identify barriers to benefit adoption, and develop approaches that increase utilization and satisfaction across diverse employee populations.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product, operations, and employer partners to research employee activation barriers and opportunities
• Support the development and implementation of employee engagement campaigns and communications
• Gather and analyze feedback from employees and employers to inform product improvements
• Assist in tracking key metrics related to plan adoption, engagement, and employee satisfaction
• Help coordinate with vendors and health partners to improve the employee experience
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements that scale activation efforts
