As an Experienced Automotive Technician at our Danbury location, you'll perform diagnostic and repair work on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles. You'll collaborate with a team of skilled professionals in a shop structured to ensure fair work distribution, reasonable workload balance, and a clean, organized working environment. What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and complex repairs using manufacturer standards
• Utilize diagnostic tools and service bulletins to troubleshoot problems accurately
• Document work and communicate findings clearly with service advisors and customers
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and follow all shop safety protocols
• Contribute to a productive shop environment through teamwork and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an automotive technician (A, B, or C level certification)
• Strong diagnostic and hands-on mechanical repair skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems, electrical diagnostics, and engine repair
• FCA or Stellantis certification preferred
• Ability to work efficiently, safely, and collaboratively in a team setting
