As a Certified Pilates Instructor in our La Habra location, you'll lead classes for members of all fitness levels while staying true to Joseph Pilates' original Reformer-based Contrology Method.
What You'll Do
- Lead engaging Pilates Reformer classes for members of varying fitness abilities
- Provide personalized modifications and progressions to support individual member goals
- Create an inclusive, motivating class environment that builds community and member loyalty
- Maintain class records and provide feedback to help members track their progress
- Uphold the authenticity of Club Pilates' Reformer-based Contrology Method
- Collaborate with the studio team to support overall member experience
What We're Looking For
- Current Pilates instructor certification from a recognized organization
- Demonstrated expertise in Reformer-based Pilates instruction
- Excellent communication and motivational abilities
- Genuine passion for fitness and commitment to helping members succeed
- Professional, reliable, and collaborative approach to work
- Full-time availability
