Football Video Assistant – Creative/Photography

PolicyTech is seeking a full-time Football Video Assistant to amplify the program's creative presence across social media and broadcast channels. Based in Villanova, Delaware County, you'll be the creative backbone of the football staff, translating game action and practice excellence into engaging visual content.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position where you'll work directly with the coaching staff to capture, edit, and produce multimedia content that drives fan engagement and team visibility. You'll operate at the intersection of athletics and digital media, turning raw footage into polished graphics, highlight reels, and social-ready posts.

What You'll Do

• Film practices and games, capturing key moments from multiple angles for editing and archival
• Edit video content into highlight reels, practice clips, and promotional material using professional editing software
• Photograph practices, games, and team events for social media distribution and promotional use
• Create graphics, animations, and visual elements for social media posts and team communications
• Manage and organize media files, ensuring proper backup and accessibility for coaching staff
• Assist with live streaming or broadcast technical support as needed
• Collaborate with coaches and athletic department on creative vision and content strategy

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Experience with graphic design and social media content creation
• Strong photography skills and understanding of composition and lighting
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools
• Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines during game weeks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively with the coaching staff
• Passion for college athletics and visual storytelling
