About the Role
As an Associate Photographer based in the Honolulu, HI area, you will document properties across the region, producing high-quality imagery that brings listings to life for CoStar Group's digital platforms. CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) is on a mission to digitize real estate worldwide, and your work directly supports that goal by helping people discover, evaluate, and connect with properties. This is a full-time, in-person position — not a remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Photograph commercial and residential properties throughout the Honolulu area to professional standards.
- Travel to assigned property locations and coordinate shoots efficiently.
- Produce clear, well-composed images suited for online real estate marketplaces and analytics products.
- Edit and prepare photography to meet CoStar Group's quality and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure listings are accurately and attractively represented.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in photography, ideally with real estate, architectural, or commercial subjects.
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and image editing.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage a schedule of on-location assignments.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in and around Honolulu, HI.
- A collaborative attitude and commitment to consistent, high-quality output.
