Key Account Manager

Role Overview

As Key Account Manager at Prime System Solutions, you'll be the primary point of contact for our most valued clients. You'll develop and execute account strategies that deepen client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and create opportunities for sustainable business expansion. Your Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts, serving as their dedicated point of contact
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
• Develop and implement account plans aligned with client objectives and company goals
• Monitor account performance, track metrics, and report progress to senior leadership
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive solutions and excellent service
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and uncover emerging needs
• Maintain accurate records of all account activity and communications

What You Bring

• Proven track record in account management, key account sales, or a similar client-facing role
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to understand client business drivers
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously with excellent organisational skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Urdu; additional languages are advantageous
