What You'll Do

• Design and deliver engaging humanities courses that explore classical and contemporary texts through an Augustinian lens
• Foster critical thinking and ethical reasoning in interdisciplinary coursework
• Mentor and evaluate student work through assignments, projects, and assessments
• Collaborate with departmental colleagues on curriculum development
• Maintain office hours and provide academic guidance to students
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and student development activities as needed

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in humanities disciplines (literature, philosophy, history, theology, or related fields)
• Demonstrated teaching experience or strong commitment to pedagogical excellence
• Familiarity with or interest in the Augustinian Intellectual Tradition
• Ability to teach interdisciplinary humanities courses that engage diverse student perspectives
• Professional communication skills and collaborative approach to faculty work
