About the Role

As a Parking Garage Attendant at PolicyTech in Villanova, you'll manage parking operations and provide excellent service to visitors and staff. This part-time position requires a reliable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining safe, welcoming parking facilities and delivering positive guest interactions.

What You'll Do

• Greet visitors and direct them to available parking spaces throughout the facility
• Collect parking fees and issue tickets using our parking management systems
• Monitor the parking garage to ensure vehicle and pedestrian safety and security
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and common areas
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve parking-related concerns professionally
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and security concerns to management
• Ensure strict adherence to parking policies and site regulations
• Operate parking equipment and handle cash transactions accurately
