• Consistently meet and exceed personal sales goals while supporting overall store profitability
• Deliver knowledgeable, personalized customer service to musicians and music learners of all backgrounds
• Actively promote Music & Arts' lesson program as a growth driver and customer solution
• Build and nurture relationships with local teachers and schools to expand student and instrument sales
• Guide junior team members through training and modeling best practices in sales and service
• Support store operations including inventory, merchandising, and customer problem-solving
• Stay current on products, market trends, and customer needs in music retail
