About the Role

As a Construction Project Controls Scheduler, you'll oversee timeline management, resource allocation, and progress tracking for data center construction efforts. You'll work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams to keep everyone aligned on milestones and deliverables.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and identify variance trends early
• Coordinate with field teams, contractors, and management to track resource needs and availability
• Generate status reports, schedule forecasts, and performance metrics for stakeholder review
• Identify scheduling risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Support project controls processes including cost tracking and earned value analysis
• Participate in pre-construction planning and schedule development meetings

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a project controls specialist, scheduler, or related construction management role
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of construction processes, critical path method, and schedule management
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for reporting to diverse audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented construction environment
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred
