About the Role

As Associate Director of Quality, Professional Practice & Complex Investigations, you'll lead critical initiatives that strengthen the integrity and effectiveness of our investigations function. You'll oversee complex, high-stakes matters while establishing and maintaining rigorous quality standards and professional practices that define our investigative work. This position combines hands-on expertise with strategic leadership, positioning you to influence how EY conducts investigations globally.

What You'll Do

• Direct complex investigations involving sensitive matters, ensuring thorough, impartial, and compliant case management
• Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks and professional practice standards for the investigations team
• Lead and mentor investigation professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to address complex ethics and compliance challenges
• Review investigation methodologies, findings, and reporting to maintain the highest standards of rigor and professionalism
• Contribute to policy development and best-practice guidance for the Ethics and Compliance Investigations function
