About the Role

As a Quality Systems Team Leader, you will partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure products meet rigorous safety and performance standards.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily quality operations on the production floor, monitoring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead root‑cause investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve deviations.
• Coordinate internal audits and prepare for external inspections, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• Train and mentor quality technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze quality metrics and report trends to senior management to support data‑driven decision making.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, and GMP regulations applicable to consumer goods.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear documentation.
• Proficiency with quality management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, SAP QM).
