EY is hiring a Technical Lead/Architect for Oracle Cloud Applications to guide our consulting teams across the nation in designing and implementing transformative business solutions. This full-time role is based in North Hill, Summit County, and offers the opportunity to shape enterprise technology strategies while leading cross-functional teams through complex Oracle Cloud deployments.

About the Role

As a Technical Lead/Architect specializing in Oracle Services and Oracle Cloud Applications, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to our national consulting practices. You'll be responsible for establishing technical direction, ensuring solution quality, and driving the successful delivery of large-scale Oracle Cloud engagements that fundamentally reshape how organizations operate.

What You'll Do

• Design comprehensive Oracle Cloud application architectures that align with client business objectives and technical requirements
• Lead technical planning and strategy sessions with stakeholders across multiple consulting practices
• Guide the pursuit and delivery of Oracle Cloud implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
• Manage and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
• Make critical architectural decisions and provide technical governance throughout project lifecycles
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure Oracle Cloud solutions
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud offerings, emerging technologies, and industry trends

What We're Looking For

• Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Applications architecture and implementation
• Demonstrated leadership experience guiding technical teams and managing complex consulting engagements
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules and their integration with enterprise systems
• Ability to translate business strategy into technical architecture and delivery roadmaps
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing large-scale technology implementations in consulting or enterprise environments
• Commitment to mentoring junior consultants and fostering technical excellence
