Join Serco's Talent Acquisition team as an Experienced Government Contracting Recruiter 1, based in Five Points, Wake County. We're expanding our recruitment function and seeking a seasoned recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring initiatives and help shape our strategic talent acquisition strategy.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work as a strategic partner to leadership while driving recruitment across our government contracting business. You'll manage the complete recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through to placement and onboarding, while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing talent acquisition team.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for government contracting positions across the organization
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in the government contracting space
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure quality hires aligned with organizational needs
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent requirements and shape hiring strategy
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process, providing excellent communication and experience
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and talent acquisition function

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting for government contracting roles or similar regulated environments
• Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment management
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interview skills
• Ability to work strategically with leadership and hiring managers
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of government contracting business practices and labor requirements (preferred)
