What You'll Do

- Collect financial documentation and prepare accurate loan applications for underwriting review
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with real estate agents, builders, and community members
- Track applications through the mortgage process and provide timely updates to borrowers
- Meet origination targets while delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction
What We're Looking For
- NMLS Mortgage Loan Officer license (or the ability to obtain one)
- Prior experience in mortgage origination, residential lending, or retail banking
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and close sales
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to documentation and compliance
- Comfort operating in a target-oriented, customer-facing environment
- Familiarity with residential mortgage products and the lending process
