Huntington National Bank seeks a Customer Experience Banker for our Barlow Branch in Grand Traverse County, Michigan, near Traverse City. In this full-time position, you'll welcome customers daily, help them achieve their financial goals, and be an essential part of our community banking team.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Banker, you create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and supported. You'll combine relationship-building with transaction expertise, delivering the personal service that makes banking meaningful for the people and families we serve.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers with genuine warmth and professionalism, building relationships that foster loyalty
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account services with accuracy and efficiency
• Present our banking products and services—checking and savings accounts, credit options, and investment opportunities—based on each customer's needs
• Identify financial goals and recommend solutions that help customers move forward
• Maintain precise account records and follow all regulatory and compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services that add value
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns thoughtfully, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch goals and support team performance
