Recruiting Director

GovCIO is hiring a full-time Recruiting Director to lead talent acquisition for our Health and Civilian team. This fully remote role is available to qualified candidates based anywhere in the United States.

What This Role Involves

As Director of Recruiting, you'll oversee the strategic development and execution of recruiting initiatives for GovCIO's Health and Civilian Talent Acquisition team. You'll drive the creation of efficient recruiting operations and lead the entire candidate screening and interview process. This director-level leadership opportunity allows you to build systems and strategies that shape how GovCIO attracts, screens, and hires top talent across multiple business lines and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement efficient recruiting processes, systems, and workflows
• Lead candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring decisions
• Direct the Health and Civilian Talent Acquisition team's strategy and execution
• Build and maintain recruiting resources that support organizational growth
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company hiring standards

What You Bring

• Proven leadership experience in recruiting or talent acquisition at the director level
• Strong expertise in recruiting operations, sourcing, screening, and interview management
• Demonstrated ability to build and optimize recruiting systems and processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience supporting government and civilian operations preferred
• US Suitability or Public Trust clearance, or ability to obtain
