The Opportunity

PeopleReady is seeking a dedicated Staffing Specialist to become an essential team member at our Brooklyn branch. Working alongside the Territory Manager, you'll operate at the center of our staffing operations—managing candidate relationships, facilitating placements, and ensuring every applicant experiences a seamless path to employment. What You'll Do

• Recruit and screen new job applicants, evaluating qualifications and fit for available positions
• Guide candidates through the entire employment process, from initial application through onboarding
• Match qualified applicants with positions aligned to their skills and career aspirations
• Maintain accurate applicant records and tracking systems to support placement efforts
• Coordinate with employers and the Territory Manager to fulfill staffing needs efficiently
• Deliver exceptional service to applicants and hiring partners, addressing inquiries promptly
• Build and nurture relationships that support long-term placement success
