- Train and mentor branch teams on company procedures, customer service standards, and best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the Winooski and Chittenden County region
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal requirements, and operational guidelines
- Identify opportunities to expand services and market presence within your territory
