Serco is hiring a full-time ANG F-16 MTC/MTT-G Simulator Facility Mission Support specialist in Lexington Park, St. Mary's County, MD, to help sustain advanced military flight-simulation training capabilities. About the Role

As the ANG F-16 MTC/MTT-G Simulator Facility Mission Support professional, you will provide on-site operational support for F-16 Mission Training Center (MTC) and Mission Training Team–Ground (MTT-G) simulator systems. This position underpins Serco's contribution to the AFMS3 contract, helping the Department of the Air Force, the broader Department of Defense, and partner agencies keep their Modeling and Simulation (M&S) environments secure, interoperable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day mission support for F-16 MTC and MTT-G simulator facilities and training operations.
• Help maintain reliable, secure, and interoperable Modeling and Simulation capabilities for Air Force and DoD users.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and external partner agencies to keep simulation systems mission-ready.
• Support the efficient, uninterrupted operation of simulator hardware, software, and facility resources.

Qualifications

• Background in simulator operations, military training systems, or Modeling and Simulation (M&S) support.
• Familiarity with F-16 training environments or comparable Department of Defense simulation programs.
• Ability to work on-site in Lexington Park, St. Mary's County, Maryland, in a full-time capacity.
• Strong attention to detail, security awareness, and a collaborative, mission-focused approach.
