Role Overview

Serco is seeking a Forward Planner to join the Global Logistics Augmentation and Support Services (GLASS) team supporting Army Sustainment Command (ASC). You'll engage in high-profile, challenging projects that shape how the US Army manages complex logistics operations across the globe. In this role, you'll apply strategic foresight and collaborative problem-solving to anticipate requirements, develop executable plans, and drive coordination across supply chain and sustainment initiatives. Your expertise will be valued by military leadership and civilian logistics professionals alike.

Responsibilities

• Create forward-looking plans aligned with Army Sustainment Command strategic objectives and operational timelines
• Analyze logistics data, demand forecasts, and resource requirements to inform planning decisions
• Coordinate planning activities across military units, government agencies, and support contractors
• Track plan implementation progress and recommend adjustments based on changing operational conditions
• Prepare briefing materials and presentations for senior military and civilian leadership
• Collaborate with sustainment partners to optimize supply chain efficiency and logistics support delivery

What We're Looking For

• Experience in logistics planning, supply chain operations, or military sustainment support
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, forecasting, and data analysis
• Strong communication skills and proven success in collaborative team settings
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and complex operational requirements
• Familiarity with military logistics, sustainment operations, or Army organizational structures (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively within shifting priorities and dynamic operational environments
