Physician and APP Solutions Center Specialist

Intermountain Health is hiring a Physician and APP Solutions Center Specialist in Mongmong, Mongmong-Toto-Maite. This full-time position serves as a dedicated support resource for employed and affiliated physicians and advanced practice providers across our healthcare system, helping them resolve concerns and access critical information efficiently through our digital support infrastructure.

About the Role

The Physician and APP Solutions Center is the central hub for provider support across Intermountain Health. As a specialist on this team, you'll bridge physicians and APPs with the resources, information, and assistance they need to work effectively. You'll focus on delivering excellent service while reducing friction points in our provider experience.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inquiries from physicians and advanced practice providers across the Intermountain Health system
• Navigate and resolve questions through our self-service support portal and knowledge management systems
• Document and troubleshoot provider concerns to identify solutions quickly
• Collaborate with relevant departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes to improve support processes
• Identify patterns in provider inquiries to inform system improvements and training needs
• Support the adoption of digital tools and resources across our provider community

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—for clear interaction with physicians and clinical staff
• Customer service mindset with ability to prioritize urgent requests and manage multiple inquiries
• Proficiency with health system software, portals, and digital tools (or willingness to master them quickly)
• Problem-solving orientation and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and follow-up
• Understanding of healthcare operations and provider needs is a plus
