Physician and APP Solutions Center Specialist

Intermountain Health is seeking a dedicated Physician and APP Solutions Center Specialist to join our Springfield, Sangamon County team on a full-time basis. In this role, you'll serve as a key support resource for physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) across our integrated health system, helping them navigate tools, resolve questions, and access the resources they need to thrive.

About the Role

The Physician and APP Solutions Center Specialist is the primary point of contact for employed and affiliated physicians and APPs throughout the Intermountain Health network. This position is designed to enhance practitioner experience by providing responsive, knowledgeable assistance and facilitating efficient problem resolution across system platforms and services.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for physician and APP inquiries, providing clear guidance and responsive support
• Help clinicians navigate self-service resources, systems, and tools within the health system
• Document and resolve questions, concerns, and issues with accuracy and professional attention to detail
• Identify patterns in practitioner needs and escalate systemic issues to appropriate leadership teams
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure comprehensive practitioner support
• Maintain organized records and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally
• Proven ability to problem-solve independently and escalate appropriately when needed
• Proficiency with computer systems and portal-based platforms
• Professional demeanor and genuine commitment to supporting healthcare professionals
• Experience in healthcare support, customer service, or practice management (preferred)
