Analyst – IT Service Management

Maximus is hiring an Analyst - IT Service Management in San Antonio, Bexar County for a full-time position supporting critical IT operations. About the Role

As an IT Service Management Analyst at Maximus, you'll perform essential day-to-day operational activities that keep IT services running smoothly. Working within established ITSM frameworks and documented processes, you'll support multiple IT operations functions while helping maintain service quality and compliance standards.

What You'll Do

• Support incident management workflows by logging, tracking, and coordinating resolution activities according to organizational procedures
• Assist with problem management processes to identify patterns and contribute to preventive solutions
• Support change management activities and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) operations
• Prepare for CAB meetings, coordinate scheduling logistics, maintain documentation, and handle follow-up tasks
• Execute ITSM operational activities in accordance with established processes and procedures
• Collaborate with IT operations teams to maintain continuity and support organizational objectives
