Special Projects Manager

Join Oracle in Boise, Ada County as a Special Projects Manager, leading the delivery of mission-critical data center construction initiatives for colocation providers. This full-time role combines strategic oversight with hands-on project leadership to drive infrastructure development from inception through successful completion.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end coordination of data center construction projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within approved budgets, and meeting rigorous quality benchmarks
• Direct a team of project professionals, providing strategic guidance and fostering an environment where team members deliver excellent results
• Manage comprehensive technical and administrative documentation, including design reviews, commissioning protocols, and project closeout records
• Oversee quality assurance processes and vendor coordination to maintain construction standards throughout all project phases
• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and budget performance to identify and mitigate risks in real time

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure, construction, or capital projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams across multiple departments and external partners
