What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in energy, power, or related infrastructure disciplines
- Strong technical background in energy systems, power generation, or utility projects
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects and client relationships
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
- Professional licensure (PE, PMP, or equivalent preferred)
