Crawlspace Medic is seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead and grow our Meridian, Lauderdale County franchise. This full-time position offers a clear path to ownership of a profitable, recession-resistant home services business.

As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of franchise operations while building a foundation for long-term business ownership. This is a leadership opportunity for someone with an operator's mindset—someone who thinks strategically about market growth and profitability from day one.

What You'll Do

• Direct daily operations and establish operational systems that scale
• Build, train, and mentor a high-performing team
• Develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies
• Manage customer relationships and oversee service quality
• Analyze financial performance and manage the P&L
• Grow market share in Meridian and Lauderdale County
• Work toward franchise ownership as the business matures

• Proven business or operations management experience
• Strong sales, marketing, or business development background
• Leadership abilities and team-building experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset with genuine interest in business ownership
• Financial acumen and comfort managing P&L responsibility
