About the Role
The Benefits Advisor role is central to our human resources operations, focusing on the day-to-day management of employee benefit programs. You'll serve as a key resource for staff members navigating their benefits options while coordinating closely with our senior benefits team and external benefits vendors to ensure smooth administration and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Administer employee benefits programs across multiple organizational entities and geographic locations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other benefit offerings
- Process benefits enrollments, changes, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with third-party benefits administrators and insurance carriers on plan details, claims, and compliance matters
- Maintain comprehensive benefits records and ensure data integrity across all systems
- Support benefits communications and education initiatives for employees
- Assist the Senior Benefits Specialist with special projects and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams on benefits-related processes and system improvements
