Bright Minds Consulting Inc. is hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT/RBT) at our Lynnewood Gardens location in Philadelphia County. About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Technician at Bright Minds Consulting Inc., you'll work directly with clients under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. This is a hands-on position where you'll gain practical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while making a meaningful impact in your community.
What You'll Do
- Implement behavior change strategies and intervention plans as directed by supervising clinicians
- Collect and record behavioral data during client sessions, ensuring accurate documentation
- Work with clients across the lifespan, including those with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral health diagnoses
- Follow established ABA protocols and clinical guidelines consistently
- Communicate progress updates and observations to your clinical supervisory team
- Support assessment activities and treatment planning under professional guidance
- Maintain a professional, compassionate approach in all client interactions
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to pursue certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse client populations
- Genuine passion for behavioral health and supporting meaningful client outcomes
- Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to follow protocols precisely
