Jobot is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Recruiter to join our team on a fully remote basis. As a full-time recruiter, you'll identify, assess, and place top accounting and finance talent with our clients nationwide while working 100% remotely from Philadelphia or anywhere in the United States.

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven recruiter who specializes in accounting and finance placements. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, expand your candidate network, and develop deep expertise in recruiting for one of the most in-demand professional sectors.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and interview qualified accounting and finance candidates
• Partner with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and company culture
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of finance professionals across all experience levels
• Conduct market research to identify emerging talent and track competitive compensation trends
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through candidate placement
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to close open positions
• Provide detailed candidate feedback and market insights to support informed hiring decisions
• Leverage recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems to track candidate progress

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting for accounting, tax, audit, finance, or related accounting and finance roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all professional levels
• Ability to understand accounting roles, qualifications, and candidate competencies
• Self-motivation, discipline, and comfort working independently in a remote work environment
• Professional, consultative approach to candidate and client interactions
• Experience with recruiting software, applicant tracking systems, or similar platforms
• Genuine passion for connecting talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities
