As a Full Time Supervisor at our Gretna store, you'll be an integral member of the store management team, leading the customer experience and driving operational success for one of retail's most iconic brands.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and develop store team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
• Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, inventory management, and cash handling
• Train associates on product knowledge and Levi Strauss service standards
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect our brand identity
• Foster a positive, inclusive team environment that supports growth and engagement
• Support customer interactions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care

What We're Looking For

• Prior retail or supervisory experience
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and team-building skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus and problem-solving mindset
• Reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail
• Comfort with retail technology and point-of-sale systems
