About the Role
As Equipment Maintenance Technician at Headway Technologies, you'll provide essential preventative and corrective maintenance on specialized manufacturing equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll diagnose problems, execute repairs, and keep our Milpitas operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on plating and polishing systems, wafer cleaning equipment, and chemical processing machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures to minimize production downtime
- Complete maintenance logs and inspection documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with production supervisors on maintenance scheduling and priorities
- Identify equipment issues and recommend maintenance or replacement solutions
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on equipment maintenance or technical trade experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
