Content Marketing Lead

Hypha is hiring a Content Marketing Lead in New York City, New York, to drive the narrative around our AI-native asset management platform. In this full-time role, you'll create the content strategy that educates and engages healthcare facility operators, multifamily investors, and asset managers seeking smarter visibility into their portfolios.

About the Role

As Content Marketing Lead, you'll own the strategy, creation, and optimization of content that moves prospects through the buyer journey—from first awareness of Hypha through successful implementation. You'll partner across product, sales, and marketing to translate our observability platform into clear, compelling value propositions for multiple buyer personas and use cases within real estate and asset management.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute a content marketing strategy that supports business goals across demand generation, customer education, and brand authority
• Produce original content across multiple formats including blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership
• Own SEO strategy and execution to drive organic search visibility for commercial real estate and asset management keywords
• Plan and manage an editorial calendar aligned with product launches, market campaigns, and sales enablement priorities
• Measure content performance through analytics, identify optimization opportunities, and report on pipeline and revenue impact
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and communications teams to ensure message consistency and market relevance

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of content marketing experience at a B2B SaaS, technology, or financial services company
• Demonstrated ability to create technical content that explains complex platform capabilities clearly and persuasively
• Hands-on expertise in SEO strategy, keyword research, and driving organic search rankings
• Strong analytical skills; comfort with content metrics, ROI tracking, and data-informed optimization
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams in a fast-moving environment
• Knowledge of real estate, property management, or asset management sectors is a strong advantage
