About the Role
As a Remote Notary Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our scheduling and client operations, ensuring every notarization appointment runs smoothly from inquiry to completion. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work entirely from your home office while directly supporting mobile notary professionals and clients nationwide.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and coordinate mobile notary appointments with clients and field professionals
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms to confirm appointments and answer service questions
- Manage scheduling calendars, availability systems, and booking confirmations
- Process and review notarization requests and client documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Handle scheduling conflicts and reschedule appointments when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of appointments, client interactions, and service delivery
- Support billing and administrative functions related to notary service coordination
What We're Looking For
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple schedules
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
