About the Role

This is a full-time position where you'll own the complete account lifecycle for Honeywell's largest and most valuable oil and gas clients. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to expand our market footprint, deepen customer partnerships, and build long-term revenue streams across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts, setting annual targets and executing account plans that align with corporate objectives
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at major oil and gas operators and service companies
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new solutions and services within your territory
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team to exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Identify market opportunities, analyze competitive landscape, and position Honeywell solutions effectively
  • Negotiate and close complex contracts while ensuring profitability and compliance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, and operations teams to ensure successful account outcomes
  • Forecast pipeline activity, manage sales cycles, and report progress to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of account management or direct sales experience in oil and gas, industrial energy, or related sectors
  • Proven track record closing large, complex deals and managing enterprise accounts
  • Leadership experience managing sales teams or account groups
  • Strong understanding of oil and gas operations, market dynamics, and customer challenges
  • Strategic planning mindset with ability to develop and execute account strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Willingness to travel within your region as needed
