Sr Channel Sales Representative

Honeywell is hiring a Sr Channel Sales Representative in Providence, Providence County to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. In this full-time position, you'll manage a portfolio of technology partners and resellers, expanding our market presence across the Northeast region while delivering innovative industrial solutions in energy, safety, security, and automation.

About the Role

As a Sr Channel Sales Representative at Honeywell, you serve as the strategic liaison between our organization and key channel partners. This role offers direct influence over market strategy, partner profitability, and our company's competitive position across the Providence area and surrounding territories.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, develop, and manage relationships with high-performing technology partners and resellers in your territory
• Set revenue targets and drive partner performance toward aggressive growth objectives
• Deliver sales enablement, marketing support, and technical resources to strengthen partner competitiveness
• Conduct regular business reviews to identify expansion opportunities and optimize partner success
• Coordinate with internal teams—sales, marketing, engineering—to align partner strategy with corporate goals
• Represent Honeywell at industry events and partner forums to build relationships and market visibility
• Manage CRM processes, pipelines, and reporting to track partner activity and market conditions

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in field sales with a minimum of 3 years managing channel or partner relationships
• Demonstrated success closing enterprise sales and exceeding quota in software or industrial technology
• Deep knowledge of technology distribution models and partner business dynamics
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building expertise with diverse stakeholders
• Self-directed work style combined with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Comfort with travel within your assigned territory as required
