Machine Learning Engineering Director

About the Role

As Machine Learning Engineering Director, you'll direct the vision and execution of machine learning systems that power U.S. Bank's financial services. You'll own the technical strategy for ML engineering, lead teams through complex challenges, and drive the adoption of machine learning solutions across our organization. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical depth—you'll work on problems that directly impact millions of customers while supporting the financial health of communities nationwide.

• Lead and mentor machine learning engineers and data scientists
