Honeywell is hiring a full-time Regional Sales Manager – Sundyne based in Montpelier, Washington County, to drive North American distribution sales for its Sundyne pump and compressor business.

About the Role

This is a dual-track leadership and selling position within Honeywell's Sundyne division. You will own both the performance of your regional sales distribution team and your own customer-facing activity — working directly with channel partners and end users to grow market share across North America. Success here requires equal comfort coaching a team and closing complex, technically driven deals involving pump and compressor equipment and aftermarket solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, develop, and support a North American sales distribution team focused on Sundyne pump and compressor product lines
  • Manage and grow relationships with channel partners, distributors, and direct end users across your assigned region
  • Implement regional sales strategies that align with Sundyne's North American revenue goals
  • Actively participate in selling — presenting technical solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts alongside your team
  • Drive aftermarket solutions business, including parts, service, and upgrade opportunities within the installed base
  • Track regional pipeline activity, forecast accurately, and report performance against targets
  • Represent Sundyne at industry trade events, customer site visits, and technical presentations
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, customer service, and marketing teams to support customer needs and resolve issues

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in industrial sales, ideally involving rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, or similar fluid-handling products
  • Proven track record managing or mentoring a field sales or distribution team
  • Ability to sell both technically and commercially — comfortable in front of engineers and procurement decision-makers
  • Experience working with channel partners, independent representatives, or multi-tier distribution networks
  • Strong understanding of aftermarket sales cycles and customer retention strategies
  • Willingness to travel throughout the North American region to support customers and team members
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and pipeline management skills
