Regional Account Manager

Brink's is recruiting a Regional Account Manager to build and grow client relationships across Wyoming and Kent County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to leverage your sales and relationship management expertise with a global leader in cash and valuables management solutions.

The Opportunity

In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for Brink's clients across your region, managing accounts and identifying growth opportunities aligned with their security and operational needs. You'll represent our comprehensive portfolio of cash and valuables management services, digital retail solutions, and ATM managed services to financial institutions, retailers, government agencies, and enterprise clients. Your work will be central to deepening client partnerships and driving sustainable business growth throughout your territory.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their evolving security and operational requirements
• Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored Brink's solutions to address their unique business challenges
• Manage account portfolios to ensure service quality and identify opportunities for expanded service delivery
• Conduct regular business reviews and client visits throughout your territory
• Coordinate with internal operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences and issue resolution
• Develop sales forecasts and track progress against territory growth objectives
• Travel regularly within your assigned region to serve clients and develop new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in account management, business development, or consultative sales roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish credibility with diverse client types
• Self-directed approach to territory management with strong organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular regional travel
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Experience in security services, cash management, or enterprise solutions is advantageous
