Join Valdera as a Customer Success Manager (North America) based in our New York City office. We're seeking a strategic partner to drive customer success and help innovative manufacturers transform how they manage complex material sourcing through our AI-native platform.

About the Role

In this full-time position, you'll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of key accounts at Valdera, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform and achieve their supply chain objectives. You'll serve as the central point of contact for customer growth, building meaningful relationships that accelerate business outcomes and expand long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and nurture a diverse set of customer accounts, serving as their strategic partner through the platform journey
  • Onboard new customers and conduct comprehensive training to ensure successful adoption and platform proficiency
  • Track customer health indicators and proactively identify opportunities for expansion, retention, and value realization
  • Translate customer feedback and use cases into actionable insights for the product and engineering teams
  • Develop customized success plans aligned with each customer's specific supply chain challenges and business goals
  • Guide customers through supplier discovery, material qualification, and supply chain resilience workflows
  • Create educational content and documentation that empowers customers to get the most from our sourcing solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Background in customer success, account management, or customer engagement within B2B technology or supply chain software
  • Strong relationship-building and communication abilities; comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and connect them to measurable business impact
  • Experience or strong interest in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or materials sourcing
  • Ownership mentality suited to working in a fast-growing, dynamic startup environment
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to balance competing customer priorities
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
