Lead/Supervisor

About the Role

As a Lead/Supervisor with The Alden Network, you will coordinate and perform maintenance work across several residential properties in the greater Chicagoland area. This position reports to the Director of Property Management and the Director of Maintenance, and it calls for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable working in the field. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Eola, DuPage County.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance tasks at multiple independent living community locations
• Respond to service requests and resolve building, unit, and grounds issues efficiently
• Support and help direct on-site maintenance activities under the guidance of management
• Help ensure each property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained for residents
• Communicate clearly with property management and the maintenance team about ongoing needs

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on maintenance experience across general building systems and repairs
• Ability to meet the physical demands and essential functions of field maintenance work
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple community sites
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks
• A team-oriented, resident-focused approach to property care
