This full-time position offers multiple shift options to align with your scheduling needs at our 80 Seymour Street location. What You'll Do

• Monitor cardiac patients using telemetry and perform comprehensive clinical assessments to promptly identify changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and manage intravenous therapies under physician supervision
• Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions, recovery processes, and evidence-based lifestyle management
• Collaborate with cardiologists, interdisciplinary team members, and fellow nurses to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards
• Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and families navigating cardiac health challenges

What We're Looking For

• Current Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) or Graduate Nurse (GN) licensure
