What You'll Do
- Monitor cardiac patients using telemetry and perform comprehensive clinical assessments to promptly identify changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and manage intravenous therapies under physician supervision
- Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions, recovery processes, and evidence-based lifestyle management
- Collaborate with cardiologists, interdisciplinary team members, and fellow nurses to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
