About the Role

As Vice President of Human Resources, you'll oversee all aspects of talent management, recruitment, compliance, and employee development across Resort Lifestyle Communities. This is a strategic leadership position where your decisions directly impact the quality of team members who serve our residents every day.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain skilled professionals across all organizational levels
  • Lead human resources planning, including compensation, benefits, and performance management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and maintain effective HR policies and procedures
  • Build and mentor your HR team, fostering professional development and operational excellence
  • Partner with executive leadership on organizational strategy, culture initiatives, and long-term growth planning
  • Oversee employee relations, engagement programs, and workplace training initiatives
  • Manage HR operations and drive continuous improvement across all people-related functions

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 5 years in a VP-level or senior HR management role
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, benefits administration, and employment law compliance
  • Strong ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive organizational change
  • Strategic mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the healthcare, senior living, or hospitality sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM certification preferred
